The dedicated website contains all the rules, regulations and most basic licenses required to do business in Bangladesh. This is one of the initiatives of the government to improve the investment climate of Bangladesh.

The purpose of the BOI Business Laws is to provide easy, one-stop access to information about laws, rules and regulations governing business activities in Bangladesh. Information concerning the most basic business licenses and other formalities is also available. A more comprehensive information regarding all business licenses and associated formalities will be added to this Business Laws in the near future.
